Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavours with very aromatic notes of green chillies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unoaked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.
The nose jumps out of the glass - gooseberries, fig, tinned peas, black truffle, elderflower, some ripe fruits, cut grass, green pepper.
Crisp, intensely flavoured, dry unwooded wine. Showing classical Sauvignon flavours like fig, gooseberry and green pepper. Serve well chilled. The wine is full, intensely flavoured and very long on after taste.
